• ChipCity's quotation is based on the information and data provided by you (the user) for this quotation and may change if the information and data change at the time of ordering. At the same time, the quotation is also based on real-time prices and costs in the market. If the cost of a certain part of the order changes at the time of order, the price may change. ChipCity makes every effort to provide up-to-date and accurate information in relation to products and prices but does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of any such information.

• All order quantities and delivery times are subject to capacity review. When entering an order, the prices shown in the web form are only binding after confirmation and after the submitted documents have been checked. ChipCity reserves the right to change the price or cancel the order if the submitted documents do not match the data entered in the order entry screen. In these cases, we will notify you of the changes. If your order has been canceled and you have already paid for the order, ChipCity will refund the original payment method.
  

• ChipCity is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any of ChipCity 's quotations, and ChipCity reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
  

• If you (user) need to cancel an order that is in production, you must bear all the costs incurred in the stage from purchase to production stop of this order.

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. If payment in other currencies is required, ChipCity 's consent is required.

• Payment method: ChipCity accepts silver transfer and PayPal payment.

7.Delivery Terms

• It is your (user’s) responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address details will be charged to the customer.

• During the delivery process, you (user) are responsible for paying any VAT, duties, duties, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc. required to import consumer goods in your country.

• Any product provided by ChipCity is custom designed by you (user), therefore, there is no return service for the product.

• If there is any problem with the products we produce, you (user) need to get in touch with our customer service and provide the problem pictures of the products and related problem descriptions. If the quality problem is really caused by ChipCity, we will make compensation, and the compensation amount shall not exceed the order amount.
